“A Tribe Called Judah,” directed by Funke Akindele, is the first Nollywood movie to earn N1 billion at the box office.

In just a few days, Nollywood Life revealed that, since its December 15, 2023, release, “A Tribe Called Judah” has sold 854 million tickets in just two weeks.

Black Panther: Wakanda, which just about missed the billion naira mark after 16 weeks at the box office, will shortly be eclipsed by the film, which has already made N1 billion nationally in just three weeks.
