Angel Unigwe Clears The Air Over Alleged Breach Of Contract

Talented fast-rising actress, Angel Unigwe has responded to accusations of breach of contract alleged by her senior colleague, Kanayo O Kanayo.

NOLLYWOOD LIFE reported Kanayo O Kanayo asked movie producers to not work with Angel Unigwe on any movie project, saying she breached an agreement he made with her and that her mother came to pick her up from the filming location before the expiration of the timeline of the contract.

In a new development, Angel Unigwe’s manager has responded to the accusation of breach of contract, in a press statement titled “Statement regarding false and defamatory statements made against Angel Onyi Unigwe by Kanayo O. Kanayo”.

Contrary to what Kanayo O Kanayo claimed, the manager of Angel Unigwe, Chief Juliet Kings said Angel complied with the agreement, and out of the spirit of goodwill she accommodated 45 – 50 of filming beyond the agreed time of 9 pm. He also stressed that Angel’s filming hours have always been and remain 12 hours per day, depending on the producer’s timing.

He, therefore, described Kanayo O Kanayo’s allegations against Angel as baseless falsehoods. Speaking further, he emphasized that the management team firmly stance against such unjust treatment and bullying tactics. Angel’s health, safety, and professional integrity remain their top priority.
