The official trailer for the movie, Criminal, directed by renowned filmmaker Niyi Akinmolayan, has been released.
The film, which stars A-list actors such as Funlola Aofiyebi, Chuks Joseph, Miriam Peters, Gbubemi Ejeye, and others, is slated for release in a few select theaters nationwide on May 21, 2024.
A race against time in which every choice you make could have a life-changing impact is the story of this film, written by Niyi Akinmolayan, produced by Victoria Akujobi, and directed by Dolapo Adigun.
Speaking about the film, Anthill Studios CEO Niyi expressed his joy at the opportunity to develop new filmmakers in the Nollywood film industry. He wrote, “Last year, I decided to train a new set of Nollywood directors and storytellers!! People are willing to push boundaries and tell bold stories. New voices!!!. I’m happy to present the first from one of the trainees, the brilliant and fantastic.”
