Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has officially become a grandmother, as her daughter Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux welcomed their first child together.
Taking to social media, Iyabo joyfully announced the news, proudly calling herself the “latest, sexiest grandma in town,” while revealing her grandson’s name as Rakeem.
Just days earlier, Priscilla and Juma had shared clips from their gender reveal party in Tanzania, where they announced they were expecting a baby boy.
Addressing speculations about her pregnancy, Priscilla Ojo disclosed that she had already tied the knot with Juma in a private Nikkai ceremony last year, ahead of the public Nikkah celebration with friends and family.
In preparation for the baby’s arrival, a baby shower was held on Sunday, July 27th, in Canada, where Priscilla Ojo is set to give birth. On Snapchat, she posted moments from the intimate event organized by her mother, Iyabo, actress Lola Alao, and close friends.
