As the entire Nollywood industry is thrown into mourning, Shanty Town producer Chinenye Nworah, announced the passed away of Dimeji Ajibola in the early hours of today November 3 after battling an undisclosed illness.

Chinenye Nworah wrote on Instagram, “Goodnight, my brother Dimeji Ajibola. Dimeji, I don’t know what to write.”

Also, one of the deceased colleagues in film industry, Jim Lyke reacted to his demise, he wrote, ” I CANT MAKE SENSE OF IT.

Last Instagram post on Dimeji Ajibola’s account was announcement of a new film project titled My fairytale wedding featuring a stellar cast including Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo, Carolyna Hutchings, Uzor Arukwe, Tina Mba, Shaffy Bello , Vine Olugu , Lilian Esoro, Binta Mogaji, Mercy Eke , Kanayo o. Kanayo and many more.
