Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie, has finally made peace with Mercy Johnson. Angela let her followers know on Instagram Live that after finding out Mercy is seriously ill, she has decided to forgive her.
In her Instagram post, she counselled Mercy to apologize to anyone she might have hurt and asked her to avoid using words that aren’t true to her character.
“I have forgiven Mercy Johnson because I heard she is seriously ill. Tell her to go and apologize to people she has wronged and should stop using church words that doesn't represent her".!

After pictures of Mercy Johnson looking much slimmer appeared on social media last month, Angela Okorie claimed on Twitter that Mercy had not really lost weight with slimming tea. Mercy was told by her mother that no more blood was left and she should turn to others whose lives and homes she had supposedly destroyed for forgiveness, since this was the only way she would achieve peace.
Angela has criticized Mercy in public before. At the time, she both accused Mercy and her late mother of being witches. During the live stream, Angela invited Mercy’s previous best friend and that friend claimed Mercy’s mother was the one behind the accused actions. Mercy was then accused by the friend in court of knowing about unexplained deaths among industry colleagues, plus purposely halting Style Plus’ career and damaging other performers’ careers using spiritual powers.
Angela Okorie replied to her critics by saying that she has received several private messages from people claiming to have evidence against Mercy Johnson. In her view, the total number of people wanting to speak out would disturb the public.
She took time in a separate publication to respond to Nigerians who linked her recent comments to mental health issues. The claims were rejected by Davido as she accused her colleagues, Zubby Michael and Mercy Johnson, of paying people to spread false stories about her. Angela stated that, no matter what people tried, her truth would not be buried.
While the feud with Mercy was ongoing, Angela made it known that she had unfollowed Regina Daniels as well as others on social media. She said she felt their unwanted feelings and stated that she had received spiritual attacks from them, but these equipped her with knowledge to overcome them. Angela made it clear that they would end up crying blood and she said that Mercy couldn’t muzzle her in both spiritually or physically.
