Ancestry Result Reveals Canadian Rapper, Drake Is Nigerian

Canadian rapper, Aubrey Drake Graham, popularly known as Drake has finally claimed he is a Nigerian based on the ancestry result.

The infleuncial singer took to his Instagram page story on Monday morning where he posted the ancestry result of his father.

According to the result, his father’s ancestry search shows he is 30% Nigerian. He wrote, “This is my dad’s result. Does this mean, I’m a Naija man finally?”

His revelation generated alot of excitement from Nigerians including celebrities on social media platform.

Actor Alexx Ekubo even suggested Igbo names Drake can adopt since he has finally discover himself as a Nigerian. He also gave him his first duty to remix some of his songs as a typical Nigerian man.

Alexx Ekubo wrote, “Ekenedili Drake Okwuchukwu Graham Chukwuka your green passport is ready for pickup. 1st assignment as a Nigerian, help us remix The Emperor, The Conqueror, The Champion, The Lion Is Here.”

Drake is now among international celebrities who are traced to Nigerian roots. Recently, American Lil Wayne revealed he is 53% Nigerian while appearing as a guest on “Drink Champ” show with hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN that airs on Revolt TV.
