The streaming giant Netflix has released the official teaser for a high-stakes action movie, Tokunbo, which is set to be released on August 23rd, 2024.
Directed by talented Nigerian actor, Ramsey Nouah, the movie follows the life of an ex-car smuggler who is given three hours to deliver a government official’s daughter to her captor – or else his family will suffer the consequences.
The movie features Alist actors such as Chidi Mokeme known for delivering an exceptional role in Netflix’s Shanty Town, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, Nobert Young, Majid Michel, Adunni Ade, Ivie Okujaye, Tosin Adeyemi, Stanley Chibunna, Darasimi Nadi, and Aaron Sunday.
Gideon Okeke will be the key lead in the movie, Tokunbo, while Chidi Mokeme plays a character named Gaza.
