Popular Nigerian filmmaker, Niyi Akinmolayan has announced the new documentary, RAINMAKERS release date on social media.
According to Niyi, the documentary, RAINMAKERS will be released on March 1st, 2024 on the Prime Video streaming platform.
The documentary will explore the phenomenon of controlling the weather through people who possess the gift to command or cease rain through prayers.
Sharing the RAINMAKERS poster, Niyi Akinmolayan wrote, “Juju vs Science… who is winning?
We traveled across 3 states, met with 20 rainmakers, and compared the results of our weather app predictions with the powers of tradition, Sango, Agemo, and Osun.
#RAINMAKERS documentary is coming to @primevideonaija March 1st.”
