Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade has taken to social media to address the claim of being better than Tiwa Savage.
On the weekend, the songstress posted on X.com (formerly Twitter) where she tweeted, “Africa our time is now.”
However, a netizen replied to her tweet and claimed she was better than her colleague, Tiwa Savage.
Yemi who seems not pleased with the comparison statement, replied to the Twitter user @Nigerialad, saying, “Comparison is the thief of joy. We are both winning, celebrate and support us all.”
In other news, Yemi Alade on Saturday performed at the opening ceremony of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, that took place at the Stade Olympique Alessane Ouattara in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
