Regina Daniels has responded to Nollywood actress Angela Okorie in a controversy that has taken over social media. The actress posted a message on her Instagram where she talked back about the repeated attacks and insults she had received from Okorie.
At the start, Regina Daniels pointed out that her husband is unique, not an ordinary man and that many women like Angela would be blessed to have him if they meet him. She went further to accuse Angela of once chasing the same man she eventually married.
“Don’t get me started to tell the world how you were chasing this same old man,” Regina said.
She continued her work in other ways. Regina told Angela to use her age in thinking, as a girl who once admired Angela has now abandoned her.
Please stop acting like you’re isn’t good enough because of me!!! Regina exclaimed. She explained that comparing them showed no respect because it is not true that their careers or personalities are like one another.
Regina asserted that she is more important than both of their music/movie careers and doesn’t depend on scandals to be noticed. She give credit to Mercy Johnson, her “mama,” stating that her name rings in her heart louder than any other.
Regina Daniels ended her message by addressing people who have tried to use her age to hurt her. “Age? She said, “The age is just a number,” and the true things that add value are our life choices, what we do and who we have become. She showed Angela how her life, successes and controlled behavior during tough situations were experiences Angela didn’t share.
“The roads I’ve walked, the milestones I’ve hit with grace, not disgrace, are places your bitterness will never reach,” she wrote.
