Nigerian singer, Florence Otedola better known by her stage name DJ Cuppy, has opened up about her relationship with her ex-fiance, Ryan.
NOLLYWOOD LIFE recalls that, Femi Otedola, the billionaire father’s daughter, proposed to Ryan in December 2022 while flaunting her engagement ring on the well-known photo-sharing platform, Instagram.
The Jollof Rice singer disclosed in an early-year post that she became engaged to her former fiancé, Ryan, in a matter of two days, according to a publication by Daily Post.
In July, DJ Cuppy announced on the microblogging site X (previously Twitter) that she and her ex-fiance had called it quits.
At a recent event, DJ Cuppy provided additional details about her relationship with Ryan. She stated, “Last year I got engaged, but this year I’m no longer engaged.”
She also brought up her unsuccessful jewelry brand, Cuppy Cuts, which she had started in 2021.
She said,” Now, I can stand here and tell you how unpredictable my life has been despite being from a privileged background whether it is my failed jewelry line which I did at 28 years old or going to Oxford university at 29 and almost failing class, perhaps a cherry on top last year. I got engaged and I’m no longer engaged but such is life.”
